Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or installed products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance or discounted items


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after returned item inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
